This is a designated, private therapy space with plenty of parking available using Northgate End or Basbow Lane car parks.

Individual sessions are £60 in person and £50 online, and last around 50 minutes - 1hr. For couples therapy, please go to the separate page where you can find out pricing structure and other information.
Payment is usually by bank transfer the day before your appointment. 48hrs cancellation is required. If you need to pay in cash, talk to us so we can make this arrangement for you.
You will start with an initial consultation where we can discuss your background, aims and goals, the therapeutic contract, and begin to plan a therapy journey together.
There is no standard length of time for a course of sessions, however, most clients usually end up having a minimum of 12.
