Jo and Charmian currently have in-person availability on Thursdays during the day (9:30 -2:30pm) and in the evening (5:30pm - 8:30pm).
Should you wish an online appointment, there may be flexibility on another day/evening in the week.

This is a designated, private therapy space with plenty of parking available using Northgate End or Basbow Lane car parks.

Sessions are £60 and last around 50 minutes. Payment is by bank transfer the day before your appointment. 24hours cancellation is required.
You will start with an initial consultation where we can discuss your background, aims and goals, the therapeutic contract, and begin to plan a therapy journey together.
There is no standard length of time for a course of sessions, however, most clients usually end up having a minimum of 12.
