In-person appointments take place at my private therapy room in Millers Maltings. This is a beautiful, calm space in a vibrant and welcoming community by the river. This means I can offer walk and talk therapy, and you can also decompress by grabbing a coffee at the local Crumbs cafe.
There is a designated parking space for clients, and additional parking at the rear of the complex.
My therapy room is 'Shared Space Counselling' at Millers Maltings, Millers Three, Southmill Rd, Bishop's Stortford CM23 3DH.

Individual sessions are £60 in person and £50 online, and last around 50 minutes - 1hr. For couples therapy, please go to the separate page where you can find out pricing structure and other information.
Payment is usually by bank transfer the day before your appointment. 48hrs cancellation is required. If you need to pay in cash, talk to me so I can make this arrangement for you.
You will start with an initial consultation where we can discuss your background, aims and goals, the therapeutic contract, and begin to plan a therapy journey together.
There is no standard length of time for a course of sessions, however, most clients usually end up having a minimum of 12.
